Website clearly states there is a FREE consultation. Mr. Winborn’s assistant, Tammy, then informed me there would be a $250 consultation fee upon calling to set an appointment. The website is, upon other things, misleading.
I had an appointment on Monday and Mr. Winborn answered every question I had, even before I could ask it. Mr. Winborn has personally responded to my emails, if not immediately, within the hour. Which in my previous experiences with attorneys that wouldn’t return my calls or emails within a week or at all. I can not explain to you how impressed I am with Mr. Winborn’s kindness and professionalism. I have just begun my journey. However I feel confident in Mr. Winborn’s knowledge and experience. I am so thankful to have his help with navigating difficult decisions and understanding the court process to get through it.
