Jason was truly outstanding! I endured a grueling three-year custody battle, and during my initial efforts to protect my daughter, I enlisted the help of an attorney who showed little concern for my situation. This lack of professionalism left me feeling trapped, ultimately forcing me to accept terms that I knew were not in my child’s best interest.
I live out of state and hired Jason as my attorney paying him over 4k. He withdrew right before the trial because he was not prepared and told the judge it was “communication issues,” leaving me high and dry. Our judge granted me a continuance since he did not give enough notice. I am hiring a new attorney. He is very unprofessional, other clients have also left this attorney for multiple reasons and his unethical practices have been reported to the Alabama State Bar. Please do not waste your time and money and choose another attorney.
