The Hardegree Law Firm

I’ve never had to have a lawyer so this is my first time using one. I was actually referred to this law firm so I went for the consultation. It was very informal and unprofessional, he was repeatedly using cuss words during consultation. I really wanted the situation that I was in to go away so I overlooked these things because he said he could handle it!. He told me several things that he would do before the hearing to work on the case, but never did any of those things! I received a letter from court system stating hearing date was postponed so we notified him to let him know because he didn’t know. This was a week before hearing and he hasn’t spoke with me since first day. There was another person involved with my case and they got in some different trouble and had to get a lawyer of their own. That other law firm seen our case and said that they would get that dropped immediately so we both signed papers, they were filed, and in 1 WEEK IT WAS DISMISSED!! Hardegree firm wouldn’t respond to me when I called and was very slow to respond to even a text until I ask for my money back. He then answered immediately! I offered to pay for consultation and ask for a refund on the remainder since the other lawyer got it dropped, but he claimed he was involved. He wouldn’t tell me how he assisted when I asked for proof. My last offer was that I would assume that he done some work on the case, but didn’t get it dropped, and he would refund half of my money. He refused! If you need a lawyer I would stay away from this one. I don’t write reviews, but I felt this may could help someone.
