Shocked (in a good way) by the level of service I received. I was recently hit by a driver in Connecticut and came across their website. It had a lot of useful information so I requested a call about my options. I was called within a few minutes by Daisy who described how they could help. Even though I am out of state and they couldn’t represent me they volunteered to call me about my options. Miles phoned me the next day. I had a lot of questions about self representation and he answered all of them and gave me helpful advice on dealing with the insurance company. He is also providing me with a sample demand letter and mechanic statement. He spent over 30 minutes with me and asked for nothing in return.
