I needed a small change to my will. He had made the will for me a few years back. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment so sat in the waiting room reading. He finally came in. I told him why I was there and that I was early. His secretary was not there and he could not find my file. He looked for several minutes and then called her. She told him where to find it. All this time I was sitting in the waiting room reading (30 min.). I was fine waiting. When she came in he asked me back to his office where I explained what I wanted. He thought it best I go a different way so I agreed. There was a form I needed to sign and it notarized by the secretary then she would take it to the courthouse to be recorded. I arrived at 2:30 and left close to 3:30. Mind you I sat in the waiting room half of this time! I was charged $363.50 for this visit. I have spoken to two other attorneys and they thought the charge was excessive. I was not given a bill just told I owed the $363.50. I feel as an elderly single woman I was taken advantage of in a big way. I would ask that anyone consulting this attorney to be very careful and get his fee upfront.
Absolutely blown away. Went in for consultation. From the start he seemed to be irritated or something. It should not be acceptable for a broken man to go in there for help and end up having to walk out because he feels like he was the problem. No understanding or compassion from this guy. He was not on my side from the first sentence. Made me feel like i was in the wrong or just stupid. Would not recommend him. I’m sorry.
The best attorney ever. He has class, and style, and he’s an honest man that you can trust completely. He tells you the truth, no matter what. I respect, and trust him completely.
