Very dissatisfied with the Condo Association practice. Not sure they gather necessary info befor making reccomendations. Much of their advice is verbal and never put in writing or shared with all board members . Very disappointed.
This law firm has a great reputation regarding HOA situations. On their website they state “contact us” which I emailed my request regarding an HOA situation NEVER heard from them. If they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me a polite response would be in order.
Brian Montague is the most unresponsive Lawyer I have ever dealt with. Our HOA paid him over $ 42,000 to represent us in a case against a previous homeowner.
