On 04/03/19 I was in a horrific accident on Highway 80 going to Tybee Island. Dondra Bass Law Firm was referred to me after a horrible experience with a rival law firm. She had my case transferred from that law firm and I was advised to make no contact with them. This was our agreement since the rival would be coming back with a better offer. I agreed to not fall for that trap. I made sure to let Dondra know that I did not want to settle for a low ball offer. She was able to secure me a loan when I needed it even though I was advised to try not to dig into the funds early as I would incur some fees and that I would be chipping away at my settlement early. She encouraged me to not take loans and I’m glad for that and she helped to keep that in check so I didn’t spend the money up. I am very pleased and happy with my settlement. I got to do a lot of cool things I would normally not have been able to experience in my life. Her work was meticulous, she was very efficient in her ways. She knew exactly how to deal with the insurance company’s lawyers. Dondra stayed in touch with me the whole time. She took my phone calls every time I called unless she was busy or not there. She was very nice, very professional and a phenomenal lawyer. Her work ethics are relentless and this woman will go to bat for you like you are her family! She will always be ready and she will always get you a better deal than anyone else here in Savannah if you are in a automobile accident or have a personal injury case. Just remember, Go Big Or Go Home! And wear your seatbelt because it saved my life.
