Do not go this company for any help. Especially not Suzie Wong. There has been lots of ignored emails, ignored calls. Our case has taken over more months than other family members working with other immigration offices. She said she sent our documents over a month ago, yet there has been no notification on our end. When I reach out to get clarification, week after week turn into months of no response from her. Months after, I keep calling the office and her boss reached out to me. She sent me an email, “You told my boss about me?”. This is highly unprofessional behavior. She is a joke. Although her boss tried to help her with the case, it’s useless as he always is busy and says he has to wait for her to come to office for updates. It’s almost like she never comes to office because she has no real updates for us. When she told us all the required documents were finished last November. It was March of 2925 she asked for those documents again. It’s clear she lied that she submitted everything to thing back in November. She is a liar and a cheat. Beware of this company. I was hoping to solve this issue but it’s like we have exhausted all our effort. It’s important for customers to know what goes on in this company.
My situation was dire to say the lease. It was almost as if I didn’t exist. I had no identification even though I married the love of my life who happened to be an American citizen, I was still in limbo about my status. Thank God for Mr. Jeff Baron and Ms. Myra Rosado who worked tirelessly to help me obtain all of the pertinent information that I required. I truly thought my situation was hopeless but Mr. Baron assured me that where there’s a will there’s a way. Now I have more identification than I’ve ever had in my life and my Green card is on the way! I was also able to get a job at a prestigious condominium in the upper East side of manhattan as a doorman. Thank you Mr. Baron and Ms. Rosado for all of your smart work and constant communication throughout this process. We truly cannot thank you both enough.
