Dan Kennedy was responsive and capable, and our video/phone calls with him to review our case and ask questions was informative. However, working with his office manager/Paralegal, who handled the bulk of our case, was incredibly stressful and frustrating for multiple reasons. While these conversations were always professional, we’d often wait weeks for a reply and on many occasions we had to provide the same information over and over again, ultimately resulting in months of delays. Most importantly, the Paralegal mismanaged one crucial aspect of our case that we had stressed was very important to us many times throughout the process, and didn’t tell us this had happened. We learned of the situation ourselves after the fact. In the end, we feel like if we had to do this again, we’d go elsewhere for these reasons.
