Barber & Bartz – Attorneys at Law – Tulsa OK
Barber & Bartz, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a law firm that has received mixed reviews, particularly in the areas of family law and business collections. While some clients have praised the firm for its attentive service and effective representation, others have expressed dissatisfaction with the handling of their cases, citing poor communication and inadequate results. Overall, potential clients should weigh the positive experiences against the criticisms to make an informed decision about their legal needs.
I had to work with this company to solve a title dispute. Bob Bartz has no interest in doing the right thing. His responses were untimely and untruthfully. He is all about continuing a case just to get his legal fees even if he knows his client will loose. All the other parties were willing to work together except Bartz. Integrity is nonexistent with this company. I would not want to be associated with this company nor do business with him. Really puts a bad light on the profession. There are plenty of law firms out there that will treat you right. Stay away from Bob Bartz…
Excellent assistance, attentive and got results.
I used Kara Pratt of Barber & Bartz for a custody dispute upon the recommendation of my then-employer. After initial review of my case, she strongly recommended that I have a guardian ad litem appointed to represent my child, at my cost. I did so and between the two attorneys spent between $25,000-30,000 with literally no progress from start to finish. This emptied my savings account and resulted in having to sell my home and vehicle just in order to stay above water. Not only was I given extremely poor representation with terrible recommendations, Ms. Pratt was rude and condescending to me on numerous occasions, including when we would go to court. I ended up conceding to my ex because it was clear the only other option was to start over with another attorney and I simply didn’t have the funds to do so. Postscript: the person who referred me to her ended up getting divorced shortly after and would not use Barber & Bartz after witnessing my experience.
