I scheduled an initial appointment with the law firm, but upon my first call, they had no record of it in their calendar. After rescheduling, I called at the agreed time for the second appointment, but was informed the attorney was unavailable. I subsequently sent an email regarding my case details but received no response. When I followed up, the receptionist was unable to confirm whether they had received my email. Given these communication issues, I lack confidence in the firm’s ability to provide effective representation for my case.

Don’t waste your time with this attorney. He couldn’t be bothered to show up for the meeting we’d scheduled, and then his secretary kept sending my call to voicemail over and over when I tried to reschedule. I had my husband call from his phone and she picked up immediately. We scheduled another meeting, which he also no-showed. This attorney is a joke.

This is one of the most unprofessional firms I have dealt with. Missed appointments, promises to call back and the attitude of the office assistants is deplorable.
