I cannot say enough great things about this office. I had a situation arise I was unaware of from approximately 8 years ago, this was a great stressor on my family. Corey Stone has been incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Connie, who answers his phone, is always available (or calls right back), kind, and clearly in close contact with Mr. Stone on a regular basis. It is also important to note, that he personally took time to talk with me on several occasions to clearly set out plans, and patiently explained how everything worked down to which door to enter. All the while helping calm an admittedly anxious individual, and I never felt like he was rushed to get off the phone or move on to another client. When he is working with you, YOU are who he is focused on.
Connie Harper is a wonderful asset to this firm. She patiently listens and is an excellent liaison between yourself and the lawyer. If she does not know the answer, she will research it and get back with you in a timely manner. Ball Morse Lowe PLLC is lucky to have her.
