I retained Avery Kill after my first attorney and I weren’t seeing eye to eye regarding my case. At my initial meeting Ms. Avery, listened to my whole story to understand what brought our case to court in the first place (it was a complex situation) and heard me out in regards to what I was hoping to accomplish, regarding my children and what was in the best interest for them. She didn’t make open ended promises, but assured me she and her team would work to make sure that my children’s best interest was always priority.
