I have a friend who call this law group for help. They told her they could help her, it would be $6,500 They tried to get her the money through them, didn’t work. So we barrow the money. After we narrowed the money. They told her they couldn’t help her. Now it’s been scene March 28 at 4:03 pm no one will call her back and no has sent her money back. She has been through enough, now the law doing her the same way. No call back or money. This is not right. It was all a lie.,
Very disappointed in the services rendered at this firm. The lawyer that represents me does not return phone calls nor is available when needed. For the large amount of fees that they charge it’s not worth it. I need a refund!!
MY attorney, Diamond Alexander, was the best of the BEST. From the moment I initially contacted her to the resolution of my case. I never not got communication via the portal. If I sent an email or portal message it was responded to the same day, without any delay unless it was beyond business hours. My custody case was settled in a year. No prolonged or drawn out handling, no misuse of the retainer and I always knew what was happening. Seeing the reviews is almost puzzling because this wasn’t my experience at all.
