I honestly thought that I was going to be stuck having to dig myself out of a $25,000 debt that my ex-husband created once we got divorced by not paying for a car that we had gotten together in both of our names. He never made payments, he never refinanced it to get my name off of the loan and he won the car in the divorce so my hands were tied.
