I would give zero start if I could. Horrible service!! Be aware. We bought a house in May 2023, they represented the seller. We had some property tax money they need to release to us (buyer). Till today, we still haven’t received anything!!! Please DO NOT use him.
I give 1 star because he is a lawyer and that’s required in buying a house and another star for filing my paperwork. That’s it!!! If you have any issues with your property after signing the documents, he will not assist you, you are on your own! He will not return your calls or emails because the job is done. I was sold a lemon of a property and this lawyer couldn’t have cared less what happened to me being a first time home buyer and unaware of my legal rights. Im not sure if lawyers normally act this way but this is completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone. Please be aware that he does not care once you sign on the line.
