The most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. Things fell through the cracks while preparing for a closing. The agent has never called me despite multiple messages and emails saying I had questions ( they claim they went to their junk folder). I feel this is highly unlikely because multiple documents were emailed back and forth, and when you find emails in your spam/junk you call them! For some reason the agent prefers to speak with my real estate agent and I have never had the opportunity to explain the particulars of my case. Then the managing partner calls to argue and fight. Continually speaking over me and not listening to the issues…..”don’t tell me how to run my business”. Here is the issue a closing is falling apart and I am yet to have a conversation with the agent in charge of my file!!! This is unacceptable how can a business survive like this? Go elsewhere folks
Mark is the very best lawyer He really takes the time out to explain absolutely everything involving your case.He has helped my father a Veteran of our country with so much.I recommend anyone to call his office for any kind of legal help at all that he takes on.
