beware of this company, fake five star reviews. This is a company with a bunch of crooks and rip offs. High price with no value provided. Stay away from them as far as possible. Their development projects are scams using cheap materials and cutting corners. You don’t know until you are in them. They are unprofessional and people work in there are like used car sales. You have to be careful every step of the way.
Rented from Karp Associates for two years. They treat tenants very well and take care of any concerns in a timely manner. Arnold Karp is a very busy guy but always took time to show interest in any of the tenants concerns. One night the alarm went off (I burned food) and Arnold drove to the building himself to make sure everything was ok. Great company and hope to rent or buy from them in future.Units at 16 Cross are new, clean. Hallways, elevator and stairways are keep impeccable.
