I’m tired of seeing five stars on law firms & lawyers that are wildly corrupted. It’s dishonest, deceiving, while it snares unsuspecting innocent people. Beware, this law firm represents FPI Management; this is the management you will find on Yelp with massive nasty reviews and it’s all true. This is the management along with other property managements that are involved in the software algorithm that deceitfully caused rent to escalate out of control taking advantage of disadvantaged tenants acting like predators preying upon lower income families & your average renters. This law firm conducts themselves in very unethical misconduct in the legal profession, they abuse the legal process by doing massive filing dumps & at the last minute to confuse the judge and waste time to bury the truth. Warning, they use paper servicers who make two attempts & on the second attempt they claim they served you by leaving papers on the floor of your steps for everyone to read. They violate the HIPAA law, disability laws, & they are disgustingly aware their clients are misrepresenting their testimony. They honestly believe Judges & other adults are stupid. In general, they violate professional rules of conduct, such as breaching privacy rights, they engage in making false or misleading statements, and they fail to communicate effectively with the other party intentionally being ineffective wasting valuable time. These lawyers behave like emotionally unintelligent babies ignoring the other party; they lack the ability to communicate when communication is necessary, they make empty actions at the last minute to appear cooperative in court. The lack of a moral compass in this law firm makes our town a living nightmare in getting justice because they are so deceiving. The way they abuse the legal process in a whole new level harms our community and divides families, and creates chaos that we’re not used to witnessing in our town. I’m sick and tired of the hypocrisy & delusional mindset of grandiosity in the better than thou attitudes of these kinds of law firms because they believe the law doesn’t apply to them. They cheat, steal, and force themselves on other’s rights. It’s important to be aware of this kind of new lying this sort of law firm does because it’s destructive.
