I was told this is a women’s court and the fathers have no rights. No matter what judge we get it won’t change I spent 10 thousand dollars for visitation rights that the mother doesn’t follow and they want more money to go back to Court and help the situation. Be prepared to spend every dollar and not get the results you want. Almost an entire year I did not see my kids during this ordeal. He can state laws very well and make a good case but my result’s were pretty nil.
Horrible communication. I was first told with the type of case I had that it could quickly get resolved. Every time I would call to ask a question or request an update I would always have to leave a message and no one ever got back to me. It would take over a month to get any type of update for my case. I received a letter stating my case got dropped due to not showing up to court. However, I was never notified about these court hearings. When I asked the law firm about this, they said they would look into it. I never heard back from them and pretty much got ghosted.
