He belittled me constantly and he was very aware I had PTSD from my past trauma.. But had no problem degrading me and screaming at me when he lost patience… He was very rude in court to me and even yelled at me in front of the judge and the other lawyer and my ex husband.. I was so beyond embarrassed, he didn’t do anything for me and I had proof on many things and he never filed it..He is a little bit of a narcissistic person and beware if you do not agree with what he says you will be put down.. I was warned in the past by other women not to hire him..I wish I would have listened to them.. mind you the first time I hired him he wasn’t as bad.. But hiring him the second time his true colors came out regardless if you have enough evidence to fall back on in court it’s an inconvenience for him he cares less
Retained Nathan about 8 years back. Was a horrible decision. He appeared along side me for a hearing regarding custody. Mr. Jones allowed the hearing to continue after I stated I wanted to see my children, I over spoke hom and was given a brief moment with a mediator. Mr. Jones failed to provide vital documents to the other party after I personally delivered them. I ended up relieving him of his responsibilities during which he attempted to courorse me in using his services by demeaning my ability to stand up for myself against an attorney I wouldn’t recommend him unless the case has a prominent namexiw attached. Haven’t used an attorney since then
My daughter hired him to help with fivorce and child custody matters. He was friends with her exhusbands attorney. He seemed to side with him. He made inappropriate comments of a sexual nature to my daughter. He yelled at her and intimidated her so bad that I had to go to some of their meetings. Anything she asked for, if he didnt agree, he wiuld do it his way. Last time they went to court he didnt even ask for anything she wanted. She lost things she already had!! At one point he asked her, in front of me, if she was special Ed? He is a terrible lawyer and needs to lose his license. We have since asked another attorney if the things he said and did were appropriate. We were told absolutely no. He over charges and is very aggresive. If you need an attorney plesse go somewhere else. His staff is equally rude.
