This Attorney John Albertson (and David Horn) will not get justice for you! Do not believe that! These 2 have proved to me there is no justice in Arkansas. If you have a felony criminal charge and don’t have enough money for John Wesley Hall, it’s fair to say your screwed!!! These two will tell you for a year or more that they are on your side and that you have a good case that they can help you out but when it comes time for court they get scared. Scared of a trial and scared of the judge, and at last minute convince you to take a plea while you haven’t even been given time to consider your options!!! Don’t waste money on this guy. Because he definitely won’t fight for your rights!! He just wants money and will have no problem raising the price after agreeing to a lower fee. Trust me, they got over $12,000.00 and then would rarely even answer my calls with questions!! Even told us once we didn’t have to show up in court when we actually were supposed appear. This resulted in John Anderson advising us to “lay low” for the weekend because we were issued felony warrants that couldn’t be recalled until the following Monday!! Not advise you need to hear from your attorney for sure…..I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! He didn’t even show up the day of trial! Don’t believe the other reviews!
