Mr Neill seems like a nice person. However my opinion beyond is not favorable. He researches, asks a lot questions for understanding, puts forth recommendations, of course billing along the way, and that’s where it stops. On multiple topics he dropped the ball getting results. He does not seem to understand hiring experts so he has someone to testify. Further doesn’t respond to emails and letters from other associated attorneys attempting to collaborate. He failed to notify of hearings so couldn’t attend and frequently does not pass along correspondence. His results have been very unsatisfactory.
