Adams Dean K, an attorney in Austin, Minnesota, has received mixed reviews from clients regarding his communication and responsiveness. While some clients appreciate his legal expertise, others express frustration over a lack of follow-up and timely communication, emphasizing the importance of client relations in building a successful practice. Overall, it appears that improving client engagement and responsiveness could enhance his reputation in the community.
The simple fact is that I brought an employment law case to Dean and was interviewed and told I would get a call back that never came. Even as I texted him and said a simple thumbs up or down would do and was pressed for time he still never called me. When finally did call me it was because he had pressed the wrong button and thought I was a woman named Megan. I have photographic memory Dean. I was able to recover from his action by way navigating the legal system myself, but professionals in any venue do not get by treating clients or undesirable clients this way. I know this from doing business in this community for a long time. Word of mouth can really hurt a business. So don’t forget to wait on the little old lady who only buys a quart of milk. She may only want to have someone to talk to but in the long run if you want her son and his family to buy from you, then you have to deal with her first. These are painful lessons good sir. I only asked for a yes or a no. I am certain had you called me back like adults do, this review would not have been written.
