Aaron Bruner, Attorney at Law

We tried contacting this Aaron bruner attorney at law by sending them a manila envelope typed out which in my books was a professional letter asking what his office did and what kind of work / cases was acceptable. I ended up calling at least twice just to get no response via voicemail.I heard nothing back and I sent my letter on March 20th. Last week on Friday I got a call back from a woman saying that they did get my voicemail but no letter. The receptionist told me that they never got a manila envelope with any typed out letter that I sent to their office apparently they said they did not get anything in they’re mail at all. I assume that it was the receptionist that called me on Friday she was not very respectful and all we were trying to do was shop around for an attorney to handle our situation. I thought this was very unprofessional. I’m going to file for a lost manila envelope case through using the mail resources to find out what happened to the lost envelope. It is apparent to me that this law office is very unorganized and I feel as if they need work involving their staff and their attitude. I personally would not recommend this law office until they get better staffing.
