I own a residential remodeling company and customer service and satisfaction along with quality. Customer service is rare and something that my company offers.
I called in to to hire a lawyer to do an eviction, the lady was very very Rude. Gave me a price of $500.00 to do a mediation. I told ok I will pay the $500.00 she insisted to cut me off when I asked questions saying this is a private firm. I understood that clear which is why I said yes to paying the $500.00. She hung up the phone saying call back when I’m ready to do business. Obviously she is unprofessional if just as answering the phone, I called another lawyer they said we can take the case but it’s almost done but we can mediate. So I am recommend going with someone else because she has no empathy so they won’t care about your case for real. If I was willing to pay the $500.00 imaging if I didn’t. She thinks talking to potential business is a waste of her time. Like she said when she cut me off, this isn’t the firm for you let’s not waste each other time. She is very arrogant and egotistical I only called for help.
Mr. Schafer has been extremely helpful and I appreciate everything he has done to help me. He maintained communication and followed everything through, until my issue was resolved years later. I am very grateful for people like Mr. Schafer who look out for what is right and are persistent until the issue is resolved. I cannot thank him enough!
