Ryan did not meet my expectations. He did not tell the court the reasons he found behind why my ex husband took my two children. He relied solely on an expert witness, whom the judge ignored. I wrote him notes in the courtroom, telling him to ask my ex why he had taken the kids. He ignored my notes and did not go on the attack against evidence discovered about my ex husband. He did not defend me against made up allegations or even bother to point out that the supposed instances happened over 7 years ago. This case should’ve been easily won. I spent over $160k in legal and professional fees and almost three years trying to get my children back from my ex husband. All I got was another $40k in lawyers fees that I must pay to my ex husband, no access at all to my children, a broken heart, and wondering if my lawyer was bought by the opposing side. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER.
April responded so quickly…even after I found out she was on vacation thru 01/04, and she was sick as well. She answered all my questions, and suggested a solution immediately. I can’t say enough great things about this firm. Thank you.
April was supposed to draft an estate plan for me. She took several days, sometimes weeks to respond to questions. Then she would have her Secretary call me Her billing increased after our arrangement was reached. Months after I paid with credit card, she charged me $100 for using the card even though I was never told about the fee. She didn’t file documents in recorders of deeds as she said she would. She was insulting and demeaning. She told me she wouldn’t complete the job she was hired and paid to do because she didn’t do pro bono charity work. I pointed out paying over $3200 and waiting over a month for will and trust documents that weren’t correctly done wasn’t “charity”. It was called “completing the paid for task”. She again said she wouldn’t do charity work. What a horrible experience!! Stay away from this firm!!! Far away!
