Honestly I wish you could give 0 stars. I had a consult with one of the lawyers Lisette and she was overly nice and enthusiastic which was okay she said she could work with us on pricing and could handle the case no problem. However she said she would have to check with the firm to make sure it was okay. We were still paying full price but have law insurance. Apparently since the law insurance doesn’t pay the way they want they refused to help. But it took them me calling several times to be told this. Nobody even tried to reach out to me. Another reason is that it was a “complex” case. It’s not it is very straightforward probate but if that seems complex I’m happy I didn’t go with them. I would have had to hold their hands the entire time. Just take your time and money elsewhere. Don’t even waste the consult on them.
