This guy did amazing job! They were very busy but they still made sure I got my questions answered.
Brooks is the best attorney anyone could hire. Especially for child care needs. Would give 1billion stars if possible. Extremely attentive to needs and works diligently to get best outcome. Thank you
So much disappointment when it comes to this attorney. My husband got a few charges out of hunt county. We asked everyone who was the best attorney in Greenville – and so many people said “Russell Brooks.” He requires you pay for the whole felony case up front. It took everything I had but I came up with $7500 for Mr. Brooks to represent my husband. He came to the court to represent my husband to get out on bond and that’s it. My husband was killed in a car wreck 8 days after being released from jail. I made multiple attempts to try and Mr. Brooks to let him know about my husband’s passing and he has yet to call me back. His secretary took a message for me and really showed no remorse. It’s now been 5 months and I have yet to receive a call back. Trust me they were quick to return phone calls prior to obtaining the money for the case. I honestly wasn’t even looking for all the money back – I wanted to see if he did personal injury law and if we could apply the $7500 to helping with that case. I understand we signed a contract to have him represent my husband for felony charges, but he never had to do that at all. Even if he didn’t plan on giving me even one penny back, the least he could do would be to return a phone call and at least offer condolences. Mr. Brooks knew how hard we worked to get that money together. That was every bit of savings we had. Really could have come in use for funeral or life expenses following the death of a spouse. I honestly can’t comment on how good of attorney Mr. Brooks is because he was paid but never had to represent my husband when it came to the felony charges. However, I can comment on the fact once he gets his money he could care less about you as a person. I just wanted a phone call returned.
