Quinonez Law Firm PLLC in El Paso, Texas, has garnered a mix of feedback from clients, showcasing a range of experiences. While some clients express dissatisfaction with communication and preparation, others commend Mr. Quinonez for his dedication, strategic approach, and successful outcomes, particularly in challenging custody cases. Overall, those who have had positive experiences highlight his professionalism, empathy, and ability to navigate complex legal matters effectively.
I went in for an enforcement of my visitation rights. My ex responded with an obvious retaliation motion for temporary orders. I won my enforcement case but ended up losing my parental rights based on CBD use. Mr. Quinonez never made the effort to defend the legality of CBD use to this conservative judge and because of that, I’ll have to get my visitation back in phases. Not ONE piece of evidence of harm to the child was presented in my case. Not even me being arrest prior to the case or during. NOTHING. After our final hearing, Mr. Quinonez was confident I wouldn’t lose any visitation rights because the other side didn’t provide any evidence of harm or anything other than hearsay.
Get’s nothing done!
In my opinion, Carlos has got to be one of the worst attorneys anywhere. We hired him, it turns out he did practically nothing for nearly 3 years. He gave us bad and wrong information, then decided to remove himself from the case about 4 months before our trial and tried to blame us for the reason of removal. We went to court over it, and the judge made him remove the note insinuating it was our fault. We had to scramble for a new attorney and I’m going to get really screwed on my settlement. I WILL BE FILING A GRIEVANCE WITH THE TEXAS STATE BAR!!
