McCormick Law Firm – The Injury Attorneys
The McCormick Law Firm in Euless, Texas, has received a mix of feedback from clients, with many praising the professionalism and helpfulness of their staff, particularly attorney Alisha Hobbs and case manager Alex Torres. While some clients experienced challenges with communication and case management, numerous reviews highlight successful settlements and a positive overall experience, indicating that the firm is capable of delivering satisfactory results. Overall, clients recommend McCormick Law for their attentive service and effective legal assistance, despite some areas for improvement.
Based on reviews, you would assume that the communication would be outstanding, but take that with a grain of salt. It must be case by case and whoever ever the lawyer and paralegal are Because I have to call for updates and I was never told what the demand was when they said that they sent it in and that I was gonna get a copy, but I never did. I was in an accident two years prior to this one and that one was wrapped up from start to finish in less than 2 months from a smaller firm and we are now on month 3 And going off of what I was recently told that 8 visits to the chiropractor amounts up to over $3000. I got 12k From my other accident and didn’t lose a $60,000 truck or my job like I did with this one. Just seems like they wanna get off the phone with you as quick as possible and it doesn’t seem very personable.
I’m satisfied with the professionalism
Poor communication. Often more than a month waiting for an update, so I was the one calling to ask for status updates. Little explanation of the process, with poor guidance and coaching on what I should be doing. Also, did not listen very well. The basis of the claim was that I had “permanent severe hearing loss” in one ear: it was maybe 6 months into the process and the attorney did not realize the hearing loss was permanent and severe. I had to go through the medical examination notes with the attorney to explain what they meant. I feel the experience could have been better and more productive. I did not plan on leaving a (mostly) negative review, but I had two feedback requests. I feel it would have been better if someone had called me personally to ask for private as opposed to public feedback.
