My son’s court date was today and has been reset for next month. Not sure if this is good since this is all new to us but I’ll update review accordingly. Hoping to have an outcome next month since he lives 4 almost 5 hours away now.
I had put myself in a very difficult situation a couple years ago, and had hired Hank very shortly after my arrest. Moderate rate for the charges they were, and he allowed me time to make payments after hiring him. When my case was finally up for plea, Mr. Paine exhausted every avenue to get me the best deal possible on two charges. Represented my case extremely well in court. Got one of my charges completely dismissed, and deferred the other. Stay away from this guy. He doesn’t work for you. He works for the prosecutor. He doesn’t respond to your text or phone calls. He will do nothing but reset your case until you are forced to take the prosecutor’s crappiest deal or go to trial. I fired his butt got me a real lawyer. And got a really good out come. Hire a real attorney not this fly by night. You can’t even find an office where he conducts business from.
