I can’t say enough good things about David Kelley and this firm. Attorneys as a whole typically get a bad rap but based on my experience with Mr. Kelley, I can truly say that the level of attention, effort, and concern regarding my case was genuine. During the initial consultation with Mr. Kelley, I could sense immediately that he was going to do exactly what he said, that he wasn’t over promising, and that he was speaking from a position of expertise and experience. He didn’t candy coat anything but was sincere and empathetic to my situation and what I was trying to accomplish for the needs of my child. After retaining Mr. Kelley, the process moved through each step quickly and I was relieved to see that his goal to hit the finish line was met with efficiency and a focus to maximize favorable results. Communication was clear and I was kept up to speed throughout the entire ordeal. My only regret was not hiring him the first time I needed a family law attorney during my divorce.
