I was in an accident late last year and was hurt. My husband and I called a handful of attorney offices around DFW (Big well known attorney offices too) and they were not helpful at all. I was in pain and not feeling well and was feeling discouraged until a good friend recommended Joe Robles. I called and to my surprise it was Joe who answered. I was actually shocked because out of all the attorneys we had previously called we were helped by customer service agents who couldn’t even answer simple questions that we had about our situation. Joe was very kind and understanding. He listened to my situation and explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I knew I would be in good hands with him. I don’t typically do reviews, but I had to because I just closed my case and Jose Robles was amazing! I live in Oklahoma City so we did everything long distance, and I would do it over and over again every time! I’ve already referred him to multiple people, and anytime I need another lawyer for this type of situation he’s the one I’m calling! He listened to me, he responded fast, he never acted annoyed with my questions, he was knowledgeable, he made sure to always keep me updated through the process, he worked hard to get me the best outcome, he made sure all my doctors I had to see handled me with the most respect, and his customer service on a personal level and also including his entire staff was top-tier. at one point I didn’t like the pain management doctor I was seeing, and all it took was one concern and the next day he had a appointment set up for me with another clinic. The fact I was took care of and was shown a level of priority as his client, took such a stressful situation off of my shoulders. I can’t describe how great my experience was because it went beyond my expectations. I recommend him to anyone who is looking!
