Christopher was incredible! So helpful and dealt with every little question in such a timely manner- if he didn’t answer the phone one of his coworkers helped me and or took the message. So kind and respectful and such a great tour! One of the few apartments I’ve toured where the pictures match reality if not even better in person. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is due to me not choosing the Kirby because of bad reviews and being nervous about not being able to break the lease. Regardless would consider leasing at a later time if conditions improve!
The Kirby is a historic site and without major renovations I advise you not to move into this building in court now because of the damage that I suffered moving in there in 2024 more to come.
Love living here! Building is awesome. Manager always helpful and nice, Monique is always pleasant and professional each time I visit the office. Jeff and Chris are very helpful also. Don’t read the bad and experience the Kirby for yourself.
