Gaedke Gina

I had set up an initial complimentary meeting with Ms. Gaedke to talk about creating a trust and to see if she was a good fit for what we were needing. Her assistant emailed me a form that she wanted emailed back to her BEFORE the first zoom meeting. I wasn’t excited that it would be a Zoom meeting, but apparently Ms. Gaedke works from home. I’m assuming that my sensitive financial information would then be emailed again to her home. I looked at the form and it asked for social security numbers, all bank accounts and values with bank information, earnings, estimated capital gains, values of CD’s, IRA’s, bonds, stock values and the value of all assets (including cars, jewelry, art work, machinery etc). I shared that I was not comfortable emailing all this sensitive financial information before we even decided if we were going to work with her. The assistant said we were required to send it ahead of time. With cybercrimes so prevalent these days, I am really shocked, and disappointed, that someone would require this information to be emailed upfront in order for a first time meeting. I wouldn’t want to work with someone that operates like this.
