I should have read Christina Montes reviews before hitting her. I can see she has a history of handling other cases like she handled my case. I regret spending $3,000 to hire Montez Law firm.
I do not recommend Christina Montes Law Firm. So disappointed on how my mother’s case was disregarded – despite my mother paying upfront. Office staff turnover was a redflag from the beginning. So many other instances with her causing more stress and heartache for my mom. Waste of time and money here. Don’t walk- RUN away from chosing her service.
Worst probate lawyer ever. She was never in her office when we scheduled to meet with her multiple times and was a no show each of those times. No apology, no heads up she wasn’t going to be there, and no follow up . She took advantage of my elderly mother and it took her 5 years to do what needed to get done after multiple attempts to communicate with her. There was a different secretary everytime we tried to make contact. Not only was she not timely, she failed to file the appropriate paperwork with the court. We ended up wasting alot of time, money and effort by choosing this lawyer.
