I was referred to this attorney’s office from our HOA office and let me tell you this is the WORST office ever. They tack on unnecessary fees and don’t cash your checks for 13:00-2 months after you send them. They won’t answer your calls but will email you late notices for payments when in fact they aren’t late. This attorney’s office is an absolute NIGHTMARE.
Currently working with them on my HOA fees owed which the legal fee is three times the amount of the HOA fee I owe. I consistently pay on time they don’t allow you to pay online. You have to drop it off at the office which OK that’s fine. But They withhold payments when HOA is having issues sending out letters. So they don’t communicate any of this to you and then all of a sudden you’ll have 300 taken out at once. I consistently pay on time and because they took out payments back dating three months. One of the checks did not go through. They didn’t tell me till three months later and charged me crazy amount of fees and we’re not willing to remove any of them. I just pray to God to be done with these people. It has been a literal, horrible experience. I can’t explain to you how much this is affected me mentally that’s how bad this place is. They do not care about anybody.
If I could give a zero review I would. Unprofessional place of business with horrible employees. Trying to understand or get a hold of anyone in the office is ridiculous and when you do finally speak with someone they are rude and speak to you like you are dirt. They only care about money and to say the turn over rate working for them is an understatement I mean it. Beware if you have to deal with them.
