I wouldn’t go to them. In the beginning I thought I had found the best attorney and I was so grateful. They never called me back whenever I tried to call them. Yet one day I missed their calls and he belittled me and and claimed he could never get ahold of me. It was an honest mistake yet it was okay for him to never return my phone calls. Right before the main court hearing I had got a paper in the mail stating that he was no longer going to be my attorney because he was resigning and going to be a public defender. He was nice to me prior but about a week after that I had got a phone call and was told he was court ordered to be there at the hearing so he had to go. They demanded I go in that day but I couldn’t last minute. They were very upset with me about that. It was regarding my custody battle. He had told me whenever I got my son enrolled into school to call them and let them know. I did the very same day. They called me and asked me if I had got him enrolled awhile later I said yes I had called that same very day. His assistant Megan on the phone in a very demeaning tone said “um… no. We didn’t get any phone calls.” I was a little irritated because I had enough of the way that they had been treating me so I said in a stern voice yes I did. My attorney got upset. About it and said if I didn’t call the next morning then he’s taking that as a sign that I don’t want him as an attorney anymore even though I never said that. I didn’t call back because I only had 400$ or so left in my account anyway and he was yelling at me on the phone about more money whenever I didn’t have anymore money to give him and I told him that several times. I’m a single mom with 3 children. I don’t have that kind of money. I basically paid for am attorney for no reason because they did nothing to actually help me and they treated me bad. Good thing attorney nudi is going to be a public defender now because I would feel sorry for anyone who had to pay money to be treated like that. I don’t know if he was angry because he didn’t want to do the case but was court ordered to do so. Or what. I guess they only have to be nice to people whenever they are getting your money and whenever your money is going to run out then they treat you bad. All they care about is the money. They don’t care about you. They are good at pretending like they do though. But there is no reason that anyone should have to pay that much money to be treated like that. I was already dealing with so much and I didn’t deserve to be treated that way. By someone I had paid to help me.
They did a business transfer for us. They were very professional and had the right advise on how we should handle certain issues. Everything was also done in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone at there office.
