Ally, Beth’s paralegal, was very helpful and responsive as we navigated the purchase of our first house. However, we found out only one week before our proposed closing date that Beth was going to be on vacation, therefore we couldn’t close until a week later. This should have been disclosed to us sooner. This pushed the closing date until the day before our vacation, which we had been upfront with them about for over 2 months prior. This made things very stressful for us. Overall I enjoyed working with them, but be sure to ask about any vacation time that the staff may have scheduled that could affect your closing.
