Ivan facilitated the whole process for my husband to obtain his Non-Immigrant visa for USA. All he had to do was show up to the interview at the embassy in Madrid with any necessary documents. He also wrote a very professional letter of recommendation and had that sent to the embassy before his interview Ivan assured us that things would be ok (numerous times)! We just got the passport back last week with a 10 year Multiple entry visa to USA so we can visit my family anytime.
