Montgomery County District Judge in Royersford, Pennsylvania: Employees were helpful and the judge was very nice and helpful. Staff is pleasant and goes above and beyond to help others. Even though it isn’t a place you want to be going to, the staff and judge were polite.
What an awful experience. I highly recommend going to a different court and judge if you can. Judge was angry the whole time. I stated tenant-landlord law that was being broken and he still sided with the landlord. What a joke.
Help me out greatly
Judge Richard H. Welsh certainly has a politely ridiculous and distorted sense of judgment. He ruled for the plaintiff citing unjust enrichment which was the essence of the case definitive. He then allowed the defendant to keep the plaintiff’s tools and refused plaintiff to recover court costs which is in fact, unjust enrichment. In effect it is a ruling against his own ruling. That is by far deliberate obfuscation and absurdity.
