They were impressed by the promptness of the lawyer in returning calls and providing necessary information. Despite some minor communication issues with the receptionist, the overall experience with the firm was positive and professional.
Don’t even bother with Mark. I spoke with the office (receptionist) and described my situation. She took a message, and the lawyer called back. He gave me some info and told me what they would need. When I called back with a follow-up question, the receptionist told me she did not know what the lawyer and I spoke about, but I don’t sound like I’m going to a good fit for their office. I told her that’s not what the lawyer told me. OH, and after all of that, she offered to still pass my message along, smh.
A different firm in NJ gave me their info, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
