Called never got a call back emailed nothing. At least say something like case overload whatever. Be Professional

Can’t get anyone to call or email me back while trying to set up a consult. I’ve talked to two people there and both times I was told I’d be contacted within two business days and neither time did anyone follow up. My first contact was 3+ weeks ago. The second lady I talked to didn’t even try to get my contact info before trying to rush me off the phone. I had to stop her before she hung up to get her to take it, to which she sounded rather annoyed.
