During my daughter’s custody battle, Diane failed to fulfill her duties properly, continuously questioning my daughter’s wishes and behaving dishonestly. After parting ways with Diane and hiring a new attorney, she intruded into my daughter’s parenting app, causing disruptions in communication with the father. Despite being asked to stop, Diane persisted and even attended court hearings uninvited. She demanded immediate full payment from my daughter, taking her to court on the same day as a custody hearing, attempting to embarrass her , she also asked the judge to hold my daughter in contempt court until the balance was paid in full Fortunately, the judge ruled in my daughter’s favor as she was already making weekly payments as agreed. Diane’s unprofessional behavior extended to sending emails about the balance owed, involving the father’s attorney. This morning, my daughter’s paycheck was garnished, despite the judge’s ruling against it. In conclusion, Diane’s conduct is highly unprofessional, and I strongly recommend avoiding her services.
