Said we was gonna go to trial and for doing so he was gonna need another 1000 dollars so now I’m 2500 into him at this point then tells me we are not gonna go to trial and we should take a plea 2 weeks after giving him another 1000 dollars then, don’t even show up for the sentencing hearing had to have another lawyer at court step in the sign the papers that wasn’t even my lawyer are in his law firm because he didn’t show up the court called him and he said he forgot it was today. Rick Jennings was only after money with very little representation. The only time I ever heard from him is when he said we were going to go to trial and harassed me for a week and a half for the additional thousand dollars as my family tried to gather enough money, thinking that he was going to help us, and he never did.
