I reached out to this office with questions in regard to a potential possible garnishment. There are several options that could be explored in this situation however this office kept bringing up bankruptcy. Why I would file a bankruptcy over something under $3,000 is beyond me. They communicated over the phone once, where I was continuously cut off while talking, bankruptcy was brought up over and over again. With this lawyer basically saying the only thing we could do is file a bankruptcy, which is not true. They never reached out to the creditor, even though per our first discussion, that is what they said they would do, instead just checking the case through the court system and then “updating” me on their online messaging system. Do not recommend.
gave these people all my legal/personal information and never heard nothing back from them after they promise to help me, the worst/racist
