DO NOT RETAIN: I’m an attorney going through a contested divorce. The first rule of lawyering is to advocate for the client. Kim couldn’t even do that. She was intimidated and scared to speak. I ended up in a worse position because of her. Lawyer skills = 0. Communication was just as bad. I didn’t get responses for days–if at all. Many of my emails went unanswered as well. She didn’t advise me of the process or what to expect and had no plan of action whatsoever. Communication = 0. She also seemed to forget things we had spoken about at length. I had to re-explain things multiple times.
All about money at $400 an hr for anything. I regret using this attorney to represent me. I lost in the end. I put my trust in her and that was a mistake.
