We agreed to meet at a certain time for our first visit. I was outside the office for 10 minutes, and then found out it would be longer before she arrived. That was a red flag for me because I feel punctuality is a must (unless it is communicated that something happened that’s causing a delay).
My experience with Rowena was both personally and professionally satisfying. I required an attorney on short notice, and one who could assist with a complicated family law situation. Rowena was quick to oblige, and more than able to sort through the evidence and prepare my case rapidly, yet thoroughly. This is an attorney who clearly cares about families and has the experience and drive to achieve a positive outcome for her clients. If I could pick one of Rowena’s best traits, it would be her accessibility. I had no problems reaching her at her office, via email, or even on her cellphone. This type of client access is unheard of and I was greatly pleased. I am giving her five stars because she earned it.
She just stole my money over $1000 dollars. Wont answer and never has time. Emailed her several times she dont respond.
