Never an error, never a late settlement. My lenders compliment their excellent and timely communication (and I get complaints about other settlement companies back ends). I could not recommend them more and have used them personally as well and recommend them to my family. They are fair in their pricing as well.
Comforting experience. I used Chasen and Chasen for my first and second home. It can be a nerve-wracking experience working with realtors in a competitive market like DC, Maryland and Virginia. We found the closing to be the easiest part. The people are experts, knowledgable, and know how to put people at ease. Ron Chasen explained the contract in a way that we could understand what we were signing and why. I would recommend them to anyone and I’m frankly shocked at the negative comments. I wouldn’t be surprised if the anonymous comments were from a competitor law firm. Besides that, the location is across the street from the Friendship Heights Metro so it is easy to get to.
